How are economic activities classified?
आर्थिक गतिविधियों को किस प्रकार वर्गीकृत किया जाता है?
Answer:
Economic activities are classified based on similar characteristics. Some activities depend on nature, some activities transform raw materials into final products and some others provide services to all producers in an economy.
आर्थिक गतिविधियों को तीन मुख्य क्षेत्रकों में वर्गीकृत किया जाता है – प्राथमिक, द्वितीयक और तृतीयक । प्राथमिक क्षेत्र में ऐसी गतिविधियाँ शामिल हैं, जो प्राकृतिक संसाधनों का उपयोग करती हैं, जैसे- खेती, खनन और मछली पकड़ना । द्वितीयक क्षेत्रक में ऐसी गतिविधियाँ शामिल हैं जिसमें कच्चे काल को प्रसंस्करण करके उत्पाद बनाए जाते हैं, जैसे कि कार या कपड़े बनाने वाली फैक्ट्रियाँ । तृतीयक क्षेत्रक शिक्षक, बैंकिंग या परिवहन जैसी सेवाएँ प्रदान करता है।

Answer:
Economic activities are grouped into sectors based on their functions and the type of work involved. Primary activities focus on obtaining natural resources, secondary activities are about manufacturing goods, and tertiary activities provide services that support both the primary and secondary sectors.
