Panchayati Raj institutions are systems of local self-government in rural areas, consisting of elected councils at the village, block, and district levels.
पंचायती राज संस्थाएँ ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्थानीय स्वशासन की प्रणालियाँ हैं, जिनमें गाँव, ब्लॉक और ज़िला स्तर पर निर्वाचित परिषदें शामिल होती हैं।

Answer
Panchayati Raj institutions' responsibilities cover almost all aspects of life in the district, from agriculture, housing, maintenance of roads, management of water resources, education, health care and social welfare to cultural activities.
चायती राज संस्थाओं की ज़िम्मेदारियाँ ज़िले के जीवन के लगभग सभी पहलुओं को कवर करती हैं—कृषि, आवास, सड़कों का रखरखाव, जल संसाधनों का प्रबंधन, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ और सामाजिक कल्याण से लेकर सांस्कृतिक गतिविधियों तक।
