Write A Letter to Your Friend Telling Him About The Celebration of Earth Day In your school.

Dear friend,

I hope this letter finds you in the best of health. I am recovering from a slight fever and sending thanks for all of your lovely wishes.

I am going to write to you about the celebration of Earth Day. Earth Day is celebrated every year on the 23rd of April. My school organizes a lot of interesting activities on that day. This year I took part in a skit on the occasion. Half of the students were dressed up as trees, and the other half as tree cutters. The school also organized an inter-school quiz competition. Our school secured the second position in the quiz only by one point.

We then went on a rally with the other schools and planted trees in the local park. Our day ended with a speech by our principal on the importance of planting trees. It was a fun and exciting experience.
